- Graduated from anaccredited Associates degree in Nursing
- Current state licensure as RegisteredNurse
- BLS certificationis required
JobResponsibilities
Performs plan of careintervention including medication administration specimencollection clinical treatments as well as other medical caretreatment.
Documents patient caregiven.
Monitors records and communicates patientcondition as appropriate to care team physician patient andfamily.
Assists patients with performingactivities of daily living including personal hygiene eliminationnutrition and ambulation.
Collaborates as neededacross disciplines to coordinate patient care including patienttransfer discharge referral and spiritual / psychosocial supportneeds.
Evaluates learning needs of patientand / or family and provides patient / family education appropriate toage culture condition and circumstances.
Worksas an advocate for the physical and emotional wellbeing of thepatient.
Qualifications
As aRegistered Nurse / RN you will have :
Graduatedwith an Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program as aRegistered Nurse / RN.
Current state licensureas Registered Nurse / RN.
BLS certification isrequired. ACLS preferred
Shift 7PM7AM rotatingweekends
