We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate and effective occupational therapy services to individuals across diverse age groups and populations.
You will work collaboratively with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to promote independence, improve functional abilities, and enhance overall quality of life.
Qualifications :
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy (OT).
- Valid Arkansasstate licensure / certification as an Occupational Therapist.
- Experience working with individuals of all ages and abilities.
- Proficiency in assessing functional abilities and developing customized treatment plans.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Requirements :
- Valid state licensure / certification as an Occupational Therapist.
- Clear background check and fingerprinting.
- Completion of required continuing education or professional development courses.
- Adherence to ethical standards and guidelines set forth by professional organizations.
- Ability to maintain accurate documentation and records of client progress.
