We have partnered with a prestigious Houston law firm dedicated to providing exceptional legal services. We are seeking a Personal Injury Attorney with expertise in any of the following practice areas : complex personal injury, product liability, commercial litigation, and construction defect.
The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience.
This firm offers a remarkable opportunity for an attorney eager to apply their expertise across a diverse range of legal matters.
The Personal Injury Attorney should enjoy handling a wide variety of cases across multiple practice areas.
Responsibilities & Requirements of the Personal Injury Attorney :
- Manage a caseload of defense litigation matters from start to resolution.
- Conduct thorough legal research, provide analysis, and offer recommendations to clients.
- Draft various legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Participate actively in depositions, trial proceedings, and mediation.
- Collaborate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and internal teams.
- Must be licensed to practice law in Texas and in good standing.
- 5-10 years of civil litigation experience in the practice areas listed above.

- Base salary : $125,000-$175,000.
