  • Utilizing available technology for increased effectiveness and efficiency
  • Collaborating with other teams

MUSTs?

  • Bachelors degree, Professional Engineer (PE) License, 2+ industry designations, and 3+ years of experience inspecting buildings and estimating property renovations over $k
  • Extraordinary work ethic, self-motivation, and a hunger for knowledge
  • Exceptional senior-level time management, professionalism, and organizational skills
  • Ability to thrive under pressure when dealing with clients and management
  • Outstanding communication, empathy, and relationship-building abilities

  • Proficiency in CRM, Google Docs, and Sheets
  • Valid driver's license
  • Territory travel (15% - 25%) and quarterly travel to headquarters in Orlando

WHEN?

  • Immediate hire : Full-time position, Monday to Friday, Eastern Time hours
