Meaningful Mission - Our DAILY Thing : To Restore Hope by Improving the Quality of Life for Families Facing Autism.

Compensation : $89,250 - $99,750 Annually (DOE) Location : San Diego (South) Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop individual intervention plans to serve the needs of each BHW client
  • Provide support and supervision to behavior technicians, caregivers, and in some cases the Clinical Supervisor (for cases that have a clinical supervisor and clinical manager)
  • Attend regular supervisor meetings and conduct clinical case reviews with other supervisors
  • Lead BHW's application of treatment philosophy in the field
  • Continuously monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
  • Develop progress reports detailing client achievement
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments
  • Conduct supervision, parent education and adaptive behavior treatment protocol modification based on assigned cases’ authorized treatment hours
  • Responds to family / client / staff concerns in a timely manner, escalating when necessary

Qualifications :

  • Minimum of a master’s degree in psychology, child development, special education, applied behavior analysis, or a related field
  • Must be BCBA-certified or hold qualified licensed healthcare professional status (based on state regulations),
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working directly with autistic individuals
  • Minimum of 2 years developing behavior reduction goals and behavior-analytic skill acquisition plans
  • Previous experience with conducting Social Skills Groups.
  • Previous experience as a Behavior Technician implementing ABA treatment plans

Central Reach) for ease in client file management, client programming, report writing, and data collection, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platforms and resources for cases that require it
