Ohel is seeking experienced mental health professionals to join innovative, growth oriented and family centered clinical environment in Far Rockaway.

Responsibilities :
- Provide individual and family psychotherapy on-site to children, adults and families
- Utilize evidence based practice models in treatment
- Maintain full caseload of kept weekly appointments
- Document progress and results of treatment in a timely manner
Skills :
- Warm, empathic personality and excellent communication skills
- Cultural competence, ideally representative of the cultural and ethnic populations most likely encountered in Brooklyn.
- Excellent interpersonal personnel and organizational skills
- Documentation, assessment and writing skills
- Ability to perform multiple tasks
- Ability to work effectively as part of the clinical team
- Motivated and makes efficient use of time to maximize direct service time
Additional information :
- Must have a license or limited permit in the state of NY (MSW, LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, MHC, LMFT, MFT, LCAT)
- Experience in evidence based model is a plus (excellent training and supervision provided)
- Language capacity in Hebrew, Yiddish, Russian, Spanish, Cantonese and Mandarin a plus!
- Two evenings or one Sunday and one evening is required
Salary : $50.00-$80.00 per session commensurate with experience; additional incentive payments for performance provided.
