In this role, you will be responsible for managing 7 internal direct reports (Customer Service and Inside Sales Managers) to help maximize existing customers for the company.
Additionally, you will be aligning and engaging the business management team to implement and maximize planned sales volume and gross profit contribution potential.

Description
Directly responsible for the leadership and development of the Domestic Fresh Business / Sales Managers and Customer Service Team.
Handling mainly FS / Retail / Independent distribution.
- Responsible for the strategic development and execution of short- and long-term maximization of sales profitability within existing customer base.
- Provide direction to the team as needed based on market level and KPI detail
- Communicate with cross-functional teams to provide competitive information as well as field-based recommendations for future products, margin improvements and initiatives.
Profile
The successful candidate will come directly from protein (fresh or packaged) with proven leadership capabilities and extensive knowledge of retail and foodservice.
This is an on-site position where you will be leading a high-performing team.
