Primary Care-Family Medicine - Continuity

Full Time (4.5 days per week)

The Colorado Permanente Medical Group is seeking an Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician to join the primary care department at the East Medical Office in Colorado.

This position requires board certification or board eligibility.

The East Medical Office also offers Pediatrics, OB / GYN, Allergy, Optical, Pharmacy, Radiology and Lab Services.

Employment Requirement : Colorado Permanente Medical Group, P.C. staff must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or have established a qualified medical or religious, exemption by September 17, 2021.
