Med Surg RN needed for an 8-week contract assignment.
Responsibilities :
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to medical-surgical patients.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Administer medications and treatments, monitor patient responses.
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and self-care.
- Collaborate with healthcare team for optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to standards of practice.
Qualifications :
- Current and clear RN license
- BSN preferred.
- 1+ years Nursing experience in acute care setting within the last 3 years.
- Meditech ERM experience preferred
- May be asked to float to ICU, ED, OB units as helping hands
- BLS certification required; ACLS may be needed.
- Strong clinical skills, communication, and teamwork abilities.
