Textile Inside Sales
for a privately owned designer woven textiles Dallas-based company in the business for 40 years
- $25 / hour. Depending on performance, could get increase at conversion and eventually commissions
- Temp to perm
- Mon-Fri, 8-5 but some flexibility
- Designer office & warehouse, EXTREMELY clean and pleasant environment
- Tenure here is no shorter than 5 years for most of the small team
- Owner / Manager has created an environment where it's collaborative in coming up with solutions to increase revenue and improve the experience of clients
Responsibilities :
- Reaching out to current and warm clients to increase sales in existing database
- 35% will be generating new generation sales
- Cross-training
- Reaching out to hospitality and institutional and others
- Talking with subcontractors to gain business
