Provides treatments to patients by evaluating their function, selecting and applying appropriate treatments to improve or restore function.
Participates in interdisciplinary in-service and community education, as well as clinical education of affiliating students.
May also be responsible for coverage at multiple sites.
EDUCATION / CERTIFICATION :
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program with a minimum of a B.S.
- Current Connecticut license in Physical Therapy required.
COMPETENCIES :
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in Windows-based programs and basic keyboarding.
- Access to reliable transportation for travel between work sites.
