Asa Billing Specialist you will be responsible for managing clientbilling processes ensuring accurate invoicing and maintainingfinancial records.
You will work closely with the finance and legalteams to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure timelypayment.
KeyResponsibilities :
- Prepareand issue invoices to clients based on legal servicesrendered.
- Monitorand follow up on outstanding payments and accountsreceivable.
- Maintainaccurate billing records and financialdocumentation.
- Resolvebilling discrepancies and disputes withclients.
- Collaboratewith finance and legal teams to ensure compliance with billingprocedures.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in accounting finance or a relatedfield.
- 2years of experience in billing or accountsreceivable.
- Strongunderstanding of billing procedures and financialrecordkeeping.
- Excellentattention to detail and problemsolvingskills.
- Proficiencyin billing software and accountingsystems
