$32.00 per hour or $66,560 annually
Position Overview
Reporting to the HR Director of Americas, the HR Administrative Assistant will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day HR Operations and for overseeing all administrative duties across the HR office.
They are responsible for coordinating various administrative projects throughout the HR function as well as support with meeting coordination, employee engagement, and employee experience.
Responsibilities
- Greets clients and employees in the office and ensure they receive best-in-class service.
- Answers the phone in a timely manner and directs calls to appropriate team members.
- Maintain employee files according to record management practices.
- Support with handling the onboarding and offboarding of employees.
- Assists with the planning and implementing of employee recognition activities.
- Manages meeting room schedules during the hiring process.
- Order office supplies and maintain proper inventory.
- Maintain meeting minutes and preparing reports.
- Send out company-wide email communications.
- Support HRBP with training and development activities.
- Work with Facilities to ensure offices are prepared for applicable personnel.
- Maintains strict confidentiality.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
- Must be detail oriented.
- 3 or more years of experience in an administrative role.
- Advance proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
- Experience with mail merge and V-LOOKUPs will put you ahead.
- Ability to plan, organize and meet strict timelines.
- Ability to manage several high priority projects and tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, planning and project management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) is a plus.
- Experience with a manufacturing organization a plus.
Physical Requirements :
- Must be able to lift and carry or otherwise move up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Must be able to see and respond to dangerous situations.
- Must be able sit for longer periods of time.
- Comfortable moving throughout the office and production environment.
- Must be able to wear PPE when on the production floor.
