Job Title : Senior Litigation Paralegal

Location : Dallas, TX

Salary : $75,000 - $80,000 per year

Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Litigation Paralegal to join our esteemed legal team in our Dallas office. The ideal candidate will have 15-20 years of litigation experience, with a strong background in supporting complex cases and attorneys in various litigation matters.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist attorneys in all phases of litigation, including case preparation, discovery, and trial.
• Conduct thorough legal research and prepare legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Organize and manage case files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
• Coordinate with clients, experts, and witnesses as needed.
• Prepare trial exhibits, witness outlines, and trial binders.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of case law and relevant legal procedures.
• Mentor and train junior paralegals and support staff.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; paralegal certificate preferred.
• 15-20 years of litigation paralegal experience in a law firm environment.
• Strong knowledge of litigation processes and legal terminology.
• Excellent organizational, research, and writing skills.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
