Job Description
Idaho National Laboratory is hiring afull time Administrative Business Coordinator to work in our Business Management department.
Our team works a 9x80 schedule located out of our Idaho Falls) EROB facility with every other Friday off. Hybrid work opportunities may be available for this position.
You will support management and / or organization in the completion of administrative tasks and assignments. Tasks and assignments may include tracking deliverables, filing records, creating, and editing documents, coordinating task completion, data entry into computer systems, confirming data, etc.
You will report to the Facilities & Site Services Business Manager Responsibilities Include :
- Use software for functional area, to compile and create reports, statistics, timelines, tables, graphs, correspondence, and presentations.
- May design processes to enhance workflow.
- Maintain filing systems of relevant hard copy records, protecting personal and private information. Types of records may include training, security, contracts, employment, personal health, safety, radiological, government, human resources, etc.
- Interface with organization's internal and external customers providing quality customer service to meet organizational business needs and objectives.
- Relay information to pertinent internal and external stakeholders to support the completion of organizational and / or management deliverables.
- Ensure that needed materials (documents, reports, flyers, white papers, agendas, etc.) for management and / or organization are created and distributed to related stakeholders.
Qualifications : Minimum Requirements : High School Diploma and 2 years relevant experience in the following areas
- Cost management strategy documentation, implementation and analysis
- data entry into computer systems, confirming data, filing records, creating and editing documents
Preferred proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and PowerBI Job Information :
- The pay range for this position is non-exempt NE0A20 at an hourly rate ($19.41 - $31.05). At Idaho National Laboratory compensation decisions are determined using factors such as education, relevant experience, and other credentials.
