HVAC Installer Summary :

HVAC employees lead jobs, crews, and projects. Installers at Kimbel Mechanical work primarily new residential and multi-family construction.

HVAC employees must have knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the HVAC field, including ventilation, air conditioning, heating, and environmental control systems.

HVAC Installer Qualifications :

• Ability to read blueprints
• Follow instructions and complete quality control sheets
• Leadership abilities
• Decision making skills
• Relevant HVAC experience is a plus
• Ability to work 6am to 5pm Monday thru Friday and an occasional Saturday.

HVAC Installer Responsibilities :

• Work either residential or commercial housing new construction
• Must have knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the HVAC field, including ventilation, air conditioning, heating, and environmental control systems.
• Install, modify, inspect, repair, and maintain HVAC equipment according to specification and building codes
• Identify hazards and safety problems applicable to the installation, operations and take necessary corrective action
• Must be able to make decisions on the job site without disruption to the business or to work and job quality
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Capable of leading and empowering individuals within your respective team
• Oversee quality within your project(s)
• Communicate effectively with builders, general contractors, and project managers
• Build and maintain project schedules to meet deadlines

HVAC Installer Pay & Benefits :

• Competitive Pay - $25.00 - $35.00 per hour DOE
