Insurance Sales Representative -Personal Lines (Hybrid Position)

You have your P&C license in the state of Texas
You are a seasoned salesperson who already sells Personal Lines insurance and is looking to take your income and career to the next level.

You have an outgoing personality, are seasoned in selling insurance, and have your P&C license. You are comfortable cold calling either in person or over the phone.
Networking and meeting people for the first time is enjoyable and fun. You have excellent listening skills and know how to use them.

We also invest our time and money by helping charities both locally and abroad. As an independent insurance agency, we work for our clients, not one insurance company.
Our hours are Monday through Thursday 8am-5pm and Friday 8am-12pm. These hours may be somewhat flexible and working remotely part time may become available after you are fully trained and successful.
Compensation :
$45,000 - $65,000 yearly
Responsibilities :
- Track performance goals and key sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure company goals are achieved
- Seek out new business opportunities within the assigned geographies to expand clientele
- Assess and send qualified leads to inbound sales representatives so they can convert clients and provide quick turnaround
- Update customer database regularly to provide the most up-to-date client information to the sales team
- Communicate with prospects via email, phone calls or other forms of communication to convert them into qualified leads and funnel them to the sales pipeline
Qualifications :
- 2+ years of experience in sales or a similar role
- Working knowledge of the sales process and CRM software
- Great time management, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and verbal
- High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred
- Current U.S. driver’s license and the ability to travel by car
