Must be able to relocate if notlocal.Key Accountabilities of the Function : * Develops and creates visual communication (e.
g. animation, video,photography, audio and other media solutions)* Provides advanced level writing and editing for content creationand development benefiting internal communication in the IT Americas* Supports the development of the communication strategy for ITAmericas* Oversees the conception and execution of communication projects.
- Manages intranet pages through periodical content and designrefresh* Collaborates with customers and stakeholders to ensure correctmessaging and achievement of objectives.
- Plans clear progressions of ideation by implementing structureinto the creative process (e.g. scripts, storyboards, presentationmaterials, timelines and concept sketches)* Delivers content through careful management of deadlines andworkflows to meet agreed upon customer demand* Manages assignments and activities performed by Graphics &Communications Intern* Interacts with users in order to gather feedback to enhance userexperience* Drives development and communication of design guidelines andpatterns* Delivers work-effort as part of Agile projects* Performs other duties as assignedPreferred Skills / Proficiencies : * Web design or development* Application design or development* Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, AfterEffects) or other graphics / video editing software* Microsoft O365Work Experience : * 5+ years of demonstrated success in field of design or visualcommunications* 5+ years of strong organizational skills.
- 3+ years of demonstrated success in communications field curatingwritten and / or verbal communication* 3+ years of experience working with and / or creating design systems* 3+ years of experience interfacing with customers requestingvisual and written communications* Must have strong user experience M365 products (which includes;
Microsoft Exchange, SharePoint & Teams as a base)* Video content creation (i.e. tutorials and best practices), Anyexperience with Ambassador programs would be ideal, if they have technicalexperience that they could be live in front of customers regarding OfficeSuite, Teams, Teams, Outlook applications.
Education : B.A., B.F.A., or B.S. in Art, Design, Graphic Design or arelated field.
