Requirement
- 1 to 2 years experience in the insurance industry - Commercial background preferred
- Property & Casualty insurance license required
- Working knowledge and ability to competently use agency systems / software
- Must be well-organized and operate in an organized manner
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up
- Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations
- Must be courteous and aware of the needs and confidentially of clients, carriers, and employees
- Capable of conflict resolution and problem solving; good negotiation skills
