The Role :
As the warehouse / inventory manager you and your team play a significant role in providing our clients with exceptional service by supporting our service and installation technicians in their job and supplying them with their truck material needs.
This role will also include the management of our fleet and facilities. This position will be based out of our Auburn, NH location but will also require oversight and management of our Tewksbury, MA location.
Key Responsibilities :
- Shape company culture by living out our core values
- Coach, develop, and support the warehouse teams in both NH and MA
- Monitor employee engagement levels and know how to promote a healthy and honest work environment
- Set individual goals and KPI's for all staff positions with inventory responsibilities
- Procure and stage materials for installation jobs
- Coordinate deliveries to and from job sites
- Verify counts and prices on shipments
- Maintain a computerized purchase order system
- Assist in product and material research for technicians
- Oversee the ordering, wrapping, insuring, and upkeep of 75+ company vehicles
- Conduct routine cycle counts
- Manage relationships with consignment and vendor managed inventory partners
- Conduct regular safety training and safety inspections
- Monitor staff performance to ensure that accuracy and safety goals are met
- Show employees how their individual contributions matter to the company's success
- Communicate clearly, show recognition and build rapport with employees
- Create an annual budget, control expenses and meet or exceed plan goals
- Maintain a clean, and well-organized warehouse
- Process returns and warranties in a timely and accurate manner
- Process liquidation of old stock
Qualifications :
- Proven track record in warehouse operations, with minimum 3 years in management
- Ability to inspire and lead others to attain company goals
- A valid driver's license and a clean, safe driving record
- Can pass a drug test and background check
- Enjoy serving and treating others with respect
- Possess the desire to learn and grow (both personally and professionally)
- Strong verbal and written communications
- Mechanical aptitude
- Team orientated - you like working with a team to solve problems and accomplish goals
- Able to prioritize and multitask effectively

Work Schedule :
- Full-Time Position (40-50) hours per week
- Must have flexibility with start and end times to accommodate next day / urgent material needs
