Northeast Security is seeking Bilingual Security Officers to join our Methuen team!

Pay rate : $17.50

Bilingual in English and Spanish

Schedule :

FT Monday-Friday 3 : 00pm-11 : 00pm (40 hours)

FT Sunday-Thursday 11 : 00pm-7 : 00am (40 hours)

PT Friday and Saturday 11 : 00pm-7 : 00am

PT Saturday and Sunday 7 : 00am-3 : 00pm

PT Saturday and Sunday 3 : 00pm-11 : 00pm

Location : Methuen, MA

Reliable Transportation required

Bilingual in both English and Spanish required

Security Officer Requirements :

• Previous Customer Service experience is required.
• Excellent customer service skills
• Neat and professional appearance
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Dependable means of transportation
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English (both written and verbal)
• High School Diploma / GED Equivalent
• Candidates must also be able to successfully pass ALL pre-employment background, and drug screenings.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Security Guard Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• This is for a warehouse complex. Training will be provided, no prior security experience needed.
• Use modern technology to monitor a variety of alarm signals and respond / dispatch security personnel to those alarms following the standard operations manual to notify the proper authorities.
• Answer incoming lines
• Must be able to remain calm and work well in a fast paced environment.
• Observe and report incidents or suspicious activity.
• Communicate with local law enforcement units and fire departments as necessary.
• Conduct foot patrols of the premises.
• Remain in appropriate, company issued uniform.
• Write detailed reports on incidents that occurred on the premises daily.
• Maintain Proper use, completion and submission of all forms associated with patrol activities and / or duties.
• Respond to requests for assistance and evaluate appropriate courses of action.
• Comply with all requirements / directives within the on-site operations manual / post orders.
• Assume other duties as required by either Client or Northeast Security, Inc
