Job Description

The Production Assembly Technician fabricates Barrier Filters and Aero structures for commercial and military rotorcraft that protect engines from unscheduled maintenance and or replacement.

Assembly Technicians are responsible to efficiently perform all tasks while keeping accurate records following all procedures and policies while focusing on first pass yields.

The selected candidate will have technical and mechanical skills to conduct close tolerance hole drilling, countersinking, fastener installation, rivet installation, trimming, and assembly, and is able to use micrometers, rulers, and calipers to conduct in-process self-inspections.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Chesterfield, Missouri.

Work Environment

Candidate must be open to working M-F, but they will work a 4 day 10 hour shift either M-Th or T-F. There will be a significant amount of voluntary and some mandatory overtime required in the coming months, potentially reaching 50+ hours per week.

The work environment is climate controlled, involving low volume assembly in a small shop. The job is mostly a sit-down role at a bench.
