This position is primarily for Front Desk with cross training and opportunities to work as a Clinical Medical Assistant.

Responsibilities

Provide medical administrative support by scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, and managing billing and insurance processes.
Maintain a clean and organized medical environment.

Experience

Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification recommended but not required.
Proficient in medical terminology, coding, and documentation practices.
Previous experience working in a hospital or healthcare setting preferred.
Familiarity with EPIC EHR system.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, healthcare providers, and other staff members.
Attention to detail to accurately record patient information and perform tasks according to established protocols.
Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills to address patient concerns or issues that may arise during appointments or treatments.
