Responsibilities : Candidate Sourcing : Utilize various channels and platforms to identify potential candidates for open positions, ensuring a diverse and qualified candidate pool.
Market Research : Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and talent landscapes to contribute valuable insights to the recruitment strategy.
Resume Review and Screening : Assist in reviewing resumes and conducting initial candidate assessments to identify suitable candidates for further consideration.
Candidate Outreach : Engage with potential candidates through email, social media, and other communication channels to create a positive candidate experience.
Data Management : Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and progress in the recruitment process.
Collaboration : Work closely with the HR and Recruitment team to understand hiring needs and contribute ideas for improving the overall recruitment process.
Qualifications : Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program. Strong interest in human resources, talent acquisition, or related fields.
