About The Position
Job Title : Physical Therapist
Location : Gallup, NM
Shift Timings : Mon - Fri 8a-4 : 30p (8 hours)
Pay Rate : $90 per hour
Start date : Jan 2nd 2024
Responsibilities :
- Perform thorough evaluations of patients' physical capabilities, including movement, strength, balance, and coordination.
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessments, using therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other modalities.
- Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques for at-home care and injury prevention.
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records, documenting progress and treatment plans.
Qualifications :
- All physical Therapist shall be board certified, possess a current, valid, unrestricted physician license.
- Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program.
- 3 years experience as Physical Therapist
