Salary : $44,000 to $49,000 annually DOE

This position reports directly to the CEO of the company and is an exciting opportunity to handle business communications, business operations, and schedule management at a founder level.
Your responsibilities will vary from day to day.
Responsibilities :
- Travel with the CEO locally and nationally
- Complete significant projects on behalf of the company / CEO.
- Plans, coordinates, and ensures the CEO's schedule is followed and respected. Provides "gatekeeper" and "gateway" roles, creating win-win situations for direct access to the CEO's time and office.
- May attend community events and assist with hosting events.
- Perform work-related and personal errands as requested such as going to the post office and bank.
- Make travel arrangements for business and personal travel
- Research, hire, and supervise vendors and contractors for home projects, as needed
- Manage community engagement scheduling and philanthropic interests
- Capture, process, and contextualize extremely high volume of information, arriving across multiple channels.
- Track and prioritize projects and tasks across every business area and partner.
- Interpret complex task interdependencies, reprioritizing rapidly in dynamic situations.
- Reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information;
initiating communications.
- Ability to work independently on projects, from conception to completion
- Proofread documents for grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors
Qualifications
- 1 - 2 years related business experience required
- Proven experience in a similar role as a personal assistant or administrative assistant a plus
- Proficiency in data entry and file management systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong Microsoft Excel Experience.
- Other duties may be assigned as needed.
Physical Demands / Working Conditions
Plans and meets deadlines. Maintains a flexible work schedule to meet the demands. Hours may be long and irregular.
