We are partnering with a school in the Granite Falls, Washington area to find a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) for the full 2024-2025 school year.
We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable candidate interested in helping students in grades K - 12th to join our Special Education team!
Requirements :
- Must have Bachelor s Degree in Nursing
- Must have active RN Washington License or a Compact License
- Must pass WA Sate fingerprint requirements
- Previous experience preferred, but not required
Position Details :
- September 3, 2024 - June 13, 2025
- Full-time / 37.5 hours per week
- Caseload : K - 12th grade, specifics will be discussed during the interview process
- Pay Range : $35 - $50 per hour, depending on previous experience
General Responsibilities :
- Update individual health plans for students
- Coordinate and oversee health services within the school, including managing the health office, maintaining student health records, and ensuring compliance with health regulations and policies.
- Assess and provide immediate care for students and staff who are injured or ill during school hours.
- Administer first aid, dispense medications, and implement emergency protocols as necessary.
- Communicate with parents, guardians, and emergency medical services as required.
