Sodexo has an opportunity for an experienced and outgoing human resource professional to join the team as a Human Resources Manager 2 at University of Oklahoma Medical Center located in Oklahoma City, OK .
The HR Manager will support about 200 food service and environmental services (EVS) managers, supervisors, and frontline employees across 3 locations.
This role will manage talent management, compensation and benefits, training and development, and compliance with a focus on initiatives to drive retention and employee engagement.
The successful candidate will :
- have an extensive background in human resources management;
- understand and respect sensitive and confidential information;
- have experience managing HR / Administrative support team members;
- have excellent computer skills with proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office programs;
- detailed oriented, flexible, and have ability to manage competing priorities and meet time demands; and / or
- have excellent organization, communication, and project management skills.

Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Basic Management Experience - 2 years
