Responsibilities
The Technical Product Specialist will :
- Analyze business requirements, source systems, data sources, transformation requirements, data mapping, data model and metadata for reporting solutions
- Create technical stories uncovering user needs and responding to requirements in partnership with product and engineering teams
- Ensure requirements are documented and well understood by Engineering
- Perform data analysis and profile data to capture requirements that address all data anomalies
- Define and analyze key performance metrics and use this data to identify compelling opportunities, improve user experiences and produce better results
- Oversee the overall product quality, ensuring technical solutions are well supported and adhere to company standards
Qualifications :
- 1+ year of experience in Technical Product Management for Data Analytics and BI solutions
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
- Familiarity with AWS, Snowflake service offerings
- Exposure to BI Tools like MicroStrategy, Tableau, Power BI, etc.
- Working knowledge of SQL using tools like Dbeaver, SQL Server, MySQL Workbench
- Experience in interfacing with end users to provide hands on support of critical BI applications
- Knowledge of Advertising Sales, the Media marketplace and Technology trends
- Passion for Data, Analytics and Business Intelligence
- Knowledge of Agile process and experience in use of JIRA workflow system
- Great interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail
