What we’re looking for :

Sift is hiring a Senior Director of Field Operations Enablement to further build a program that delivers exceptional impact to the business.

This is a global leadership role that works closely with our sales and service leaders and reports to the CRO.

What you’ll do :

  • Lead the enablement strategy across our key global sales and field operations functions
  • Work with leaders to gather business requirements and devise strategies that drive go-to-market process and sales productivity improvements
  • Execute targeted sales programs and win business through new logo acquisition, customer expansion and upsell targets.
  • Assess business requirements across segments, verticals, and channels to focus the enablement cycles in the most impactful areas following company objectives
  • Experience building onboarding, enablement plans and certification programs in a successful, high-growth environment with demonstrable impact
  • Tailor the global sales and positioning narrative as needed for the Sales organization, determining content, research and training requirements and briefing relevant teams accordingly through various communication channels and forums
  • Implement and work cross functionally to manage enablement tooling strategies and content with our product marketing organization
  • Build and manage the sales enablement tooling and systems for a scalable and programmatic motion for enablement through tools such as SFDC, Lessonly, and Gong
  • Manage communication overload for customer-facing teams by ensuring that the right information is being delivered at the right cadence and in the right format
  • Work cross functionally to deliver compelling annual kickoffs; onboarding bootcamps; and other events, as needed

What would make you a strong fit :

  • 7+ years of managing and scaling teams; including experience managing across different geographies
  • 8+ years of enablement experience :
  • SaaS B2B
  • Worldwide experience
  • Deep understanding of SaaS buying cycles and challenges faced in mid-market / enterprise sales
  • Familiar with sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, Challenger, Force Management)
  • Experience and enthusiasm for managing a global enablement program for a field organization that is growing rapidly, across geographies and timezones
  • Deep experience managing enablement processes including onboarding and continuous enablement; certification; sales process optimization;

measuring and managing performance for both individuals and programs

  • Works well with leaders and teams to define and implement projects and programs; adept at building and maintaining strong cross-functional working relationships
  • Deep understanding of common sales and services tools (e.g. Salesforce) and experience identifying, deploying, and managing enablement-related tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Strong analytical skills and mindset
  • Ability to focus on the details and also the big picture

The anticipated starting on-target earnings range for this role can be found below. This role may also be eligible for equity and other benefits.

Sift takes into account many factors in determining compensation, including level, location, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands.

Therefore, the pay range / final offer may change or be modified in the future.
