We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service / Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for helping set up and manage corporate prescription safety glasses programs for our clients.

You will work closely with customers to assist them in creating and maintaining their personalized web portals, guide them through the order entry process, and follow up on accounts that have not ordered recently.

Your goal will be to build strong relationships with clients and ensure their satisfaction with our services.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Customer Program Setup : Assist clients in setting up their corporate prescription safety glasses program via personalized web portals, ensuring all details are tailored to meet their needs.
  • Order Entry Assistance : Guide customers through the order entry process, providing support to ensure orders are accurately placed and processed.
  • Account Management : Regularly follow up with accounts that have not ordered recently to encourage continued engagement and identify any potential issues or concerns.
  • Sales Growth : Actively promote our products and services to clients, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell to maximize sales potential.
  • Customer Support : Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering solutions that align with the customer's needs and company goals.
  • Record Keeping : Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions in our CRM system.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for increasing customer engagement and driving sales growth.

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in customer service and sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales / customer service software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A proactive and results-driven attitude with a focus on achieving sales targets.
  • Knowledge of prescription eyewear or safety products is a plus.
