Job Description :
As a Marketing Assistant at XTalk Prep, you will support the marketing team in executing and developing campaigns that enhance our brand visibility and promote our services.
You’ll assist in coordinating marketing activities, analyzing market trends, and managing online content to drive engagement and growth.
Key Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, both digital and traditional.
- Coordinate content creation, including copywriting, graphic design, and multimedia for online platforms.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
- Maintain and update the company's social media profiles and website content.
- Assist in organizing events, webinars, and promotions to engage potential clients.
- Support the development of marketing reports and presentations for internal teams.
- Manage marketing calendars and track project timelines.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Required Skills & Abilities :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic design tools (Canva or Adobe).
- A proactive mindset with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
