POSITION / JOB TITLE : Software Engineer

DEPARTMENT : Engineering

REQUIREMENTS : Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States on a full-time basis for any position.

Onsite position, NO remote.

DESIRED SKILLS : (Candidate must possess a combination of the following.)

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly and offer alternatives.
  • Proven experience writing modern software and web applications (.NET, C#, JavaScript, etc.).
  • Working knowledge of agile software development, automated testing, and unit testing.
  • Established experience with normalized database design and development.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based application development and infrastructure.
  • Strong communication skills; verbal and written.
  • Translate business requirements and technical designs into well-developed solutions that meet client business goals.
  • Ability to work closely with other project team members such as sales analysts, project managers, and software engineers.

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, computer science, physics, mathematics, or similar analytical degree plus 3-5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Desire to continue learning and to pursue professional certifications.
  • Proven ability and desire to consult and mentor others.
