We are seeking a dedicated Director of Nursing (DON) to join our Home Health team in Gary, IN. This full-time role involves overseeing compliance, reporting, auditing, staffing, and addressing any issues to ensure the highest quality of care for our patients.

- Competitive Pay : $118,000 / year + DOE

Key Responsibilities :
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
- Prepare and submit accurate reports and audits
- Manage staffing levels and address any workforce issues
- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff
- Foster a compassionate care environment for patients and families
Qualifications :
- Experience : Experience as a Director of Nursing required
- Transportation : Must have reliable transportation
- Skills : Compassionate and caring approach to patient care
- EMR Proficiency : Experience with Alora Plus beneficial, not required
