Job Description
The Estimator will be responsible for :
- This person will report into the Senior Estimator
- Produce estimates for multimillion $ mechanical projects
- Using procore efficiently
- In office daily - Norwell, MA

The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate has :
- 5+ years of experience working as a Mechanical Estimator (ideally federal or healthcare projects)
- Proficient in Procore
- Bluebeam, MS Project, & Fast Pipe experience is a plus
- A Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field
- Demonstrates good judgement and professionalism
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in an organized manner
- Attention to detail, can produce quality work on strict deadlines
- Strong technical, computer abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
