We are seeking an experienced Director of Operations to lead our new NWA large format print operation. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in operations management, printing (or similar light industrial management).

The Director of Operations will work closely with senior leadership to align operational goals with the overall business strategy.

We are expanding based on exceptional growth within our own sales channels primarily through our ecommerce and B2B sales of printed materials.

We are a NWA based company looking to add print services operations across the US. We are investing heavily into new large format digital printing, finishing and fulfillment equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of the operation including hiring and training staff, facility management, purchasing and coordinating with other print operations for capacity planning.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources.
• Lead project management initiatives to enhance productivity and streamline processes.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices across all departments.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to secure advantageous terms.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on business development initiatives to drive growth.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in operations management or a similar role within a fast-paced, hyper growth environment.
• Strong production leadership skills with a "hands-on" and lead by example mentality.
• Experience in building multi-shift, seasonal, and 7-day a week operations.
• Understanding of printing operations, equipment, processes, and methods highly preferred.
• Coordinate closely with centralized trafficking team to utilize available capacity across multiple facilities.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on collaboration.

This position could quickly lead to a national operations role as we intend to expand to multiple additional facilities in 2025.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $75,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year

Experience :

• Manufacturing management : 2 years (Preferred)
