Our esteemed law firm is in search of an experienced Employment Litigation Partner to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 8 years of defense litigation experience in Labor & Employment law, coupled with strong management and supervisory skills.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic, nationwide firm with over 200 attorneys, known for its robust infrastructure, exceptional support staff, and collaborative culture.
Location : Hybrid or Remote work options available. Attorneys admitted in California may work from any state with a firm office.
Qualifications
- Experience : At least 8 years of comprehensive experience in employment litigation, including wage and hour disputes, class actions, and PAGA claims.
- Management : Demonstrated experience in supervising and managing a team of attorneys.
- Leadership : Proven leadership skills with a track record of effectively guiding litigation teams.
- Agency Interactions : Experience handling investigations before agencies such as the U.S. Department of Labor, California Department of Industrial Relations, California Division of Labor Standards Enforcement, EEOC, and other relevant state and local human rights agencies.
- Court Appearances : Extensive experience representing clients in both Federal and State courts on employment-related matters.
- Educational Background : Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Bar Admission : Admitted to practice in California.
