JOB PURPOSE :
The FP&A Analyst will play a key role on the Company’s Finance team. This position will be responsible for :
- Assisting with the monthly management reporting
- Financial systems management
- Special projects and ad-hoc responsibilities and analyses as directed
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Assist with monthly Actual vs Budget analysis and reporting
- Assist with monthly close process, including various reporting requirements and accrual accuracy
- Prepare ad-hoc reports, financial models, and process documentation as needed
REQUIREMENTS :
- Currently enrolled in an Accounting or Finance degree program
- No prior experience required
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Demonstrated proficiency in Written, Verbal and Face-to-face communication
- Strong interpersonal skills to cultivate and maintain relationships with department managers
- Flexibility to handle changing priorities and tight deadlines
