Associate Attorney

Location : Burbank, CA (On-Site)

Compensation : $100,000 - $147,000 / year

Description :

Abramson Labor Group is seeking a highly motivated Attorney to join our team. This position is on-site at our Burbank, CA corporate office.

Attorneys will report directly to an assigned Senior Associate and are supported substantively and administratively by a large team of paralegals and support staff.

Key Responsibilities

Essential functions of the role include, but are not limited to, the following :

• Managing a docket of cases to resolution
• Conducting depositions
• Negotiating settlements and moving matters towards resolution
• Providing direction and guidance to non-attorneys as needed
• Bringing positivity to the workplace and leading non-attorneys by example

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise :

• Comfortable with fast-paced work environments
• Doctors' deposition experience (preferred)
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Candidates must be in good standing with the California State Bar
