D Aceto Services LLC is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Associate to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, promoting our products and services, and driving sales. Responsibilities
- Connect with potential customers via phone, email, and chat to identify their needs and provide product information.
- Assist customers in selecting products that meet their requirements and preferences.
- Process orders and manage customer accounts efficiently.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate benefits to customers.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team success.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1+ year of experience in a sales or customer service role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with customers.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Positive attitude and a results-driven mindset.
