Legacy Good Samaritan Medical Center in Northwest Portland is known for its specialty programs and clinical excellence. Legacy Good Samaritan features nationally renowned doctors in cancer care, kidney transplantations, neurology, ophthalmology, weight-loss surgery, robotic surgery, rehabilitation and more, plus Oregon’s only 24-hour urgent care that’s located alongside an emergency room, with access to emergency care if needed.
Responsibilities
This individual performs a variety of clerical, computer information systems and support functions and processes the associated data.
Responsibilities include work as assigned in several of the following areas : Outpatient admit, order entry, exam scheduling, importing and exporting images into PACS, document scanning, film file room functions, phone / fax results and providing customer service, and general clerical duties.
May also include patient transportation, technical assistance and other patient related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education :
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience :
One year of experience in radiology and / or related medical field preferred.
Skills :
Communication, customer service and reception skills. Keyboard skills and ability to navigate electronic systems applicable to job functions.
Filing skills. Medical terminology preferred. CPR required for those assigned patient care duties.

Pay Range
USD $20.42 - USD $29.21 / Hr.
Working Conditions
Risk of exposure to blood and body fluids . Must be able to lift push pull 20 40 pounds. Risk of exposure to hazardous airborne pathogens particles Annual N95 HMR Full Face fit testing and E required .
