Oxford Consulting Services is looking for a Data Entry Clerk to assist with various related matters. The ideal candidate will have familiarity with ATS systems and practices and procedures.
Hours will be M-F 9am-5pm.

Duties and Responsibilities :
- Onboarding of new hires into ATS system and assistance to candidates
- Assist with special projects as they arise up throughout the year (ie state mandated trainings, job descriptions, etc.)
- Assist with purging employee files and converting paperwork to an electronic filing system
- Assist with EIMS enrollment paperwork, process rate increase requests, VOEs, criminal history background checks, address changes
- Assist with running reports on PLI status, license status and state mandated trainings. Follow up when needed
- Data entry into Sunguard & ADP for new hires
- Troubleshoot ATS issues
- Support HR Manager and Recruiter as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned / required
Experience / Qualifications / Education :
- Prior office experience required
- High School Graduate required, Associates Degree preferred
- Data entry experience required
- Experience in HR preferred
- Experience with ClearCompany or other Applicant Tracking System preferred

- Good written and verbal communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced and high volume department
- Detail oriented
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to function independently
- Ability to multitask
