What You Will Do
We seek a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of strategic thinking, strong project management skills, and a passion for driving operational excellence.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in optimizing our product development and launch processes while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Sales, to develop and execute product operations strategies.
Define and implement product development processes and workflows to improve efficiency and scalability.
Drive the execution of product launches, including coordinating timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables across multiple teams.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product operations and identify areas for improvement.
Lead efforts to optimize supply chain and logistics processes to support product manufacturing and distribution.
Develop and maintain documentation, including project plans, process workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Act as a key liaison between product management, engineering, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on product roadmap priorities and timelines.
Identify risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions to product operations.
Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to product operations and recommend innovative solutions.
What Skills & Experience You Should Bring
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
5 years of experience in product operations, project management, or related roles within the technology industry.
Demonstrated track record of successfully managing complex projects with cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities.
Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Nexus, Scrum at Scale ) at a large corporation
Knowledge of product lifecycle management (PLM) principles and tools is desirable.
Familiarity with manufacturing processes and supply chain management is an advantage.
Experience with tools like JIRA or Aha! is a plus.
