Currently we are searching for an Senior Tax Accountant, Direct Tax to fulfill an immediate need. This individual will be responsible for : Prepare federal, state and local partnership tax returns and corporate subsidiariesProcess quarterly estimated payments and extensionsInteract with other internal departments to gather information, resolve tax-related problems and make recommendations for process improvementsAssist in K-1 distribution process and preparing tax provision schedulesStay up to date changing federal, state and local tax lawsAd hoc duties around tax as neededWe are actively speaking with applicants that have a minimum of : 1-2+ years of professional experience in a corporate tax department or public accounting firmBachelors degree in Accounting or FinanceIntermediate Excel Skills to include Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPsProficiency in tax software programs (OneSource and CorpTax are a plus!)CPA or CPA eligible a plus*If your background, skills, and interest match the following;
