Description
The Human Resources Coordinator will perform administrative tasks and services to support effective and efficient operations of the Organization's Human Resource Department.
They will support the Human Resources team in a wide variety of functions, including onboarding, orientation, organizational development, talent acquisition, Human Resources technology, compliance, and employee recognition.
This position is 100% in office.
Duties
- Manages supply and event ordering such as employee recognition items, new hire gifts, talent giveaways and supplies for the Human Resources Department.
- Reviews and codes relevant invoices and credit card transactions.
- Provides monthly Human Resources Reporting and Dashboard updates.
- Arranges and implements details of in-person interviews.
- Assembles and sends appreciation gifts, as designated during the interview process.
- Assists candidates with the reimbursement of eligible expenses.
- Assists with site visits and live or virtual talent conferences.
- Assists with the creation of various presentations for Human Resources team.
- Assists with the preparation and circulation of employment agreements and other relevant documents.
- In partnership with the Marketing team, oversees and assist with social media accounts talent accounts such as LinkedIn, Doximity, HRSA, Indeed, etc.
- Assists with the management and updates to the Applicant Tracking System.
Requirements
- Associates-level education in pursuit of a Bachelor's degree or Bachelor's degree required
- 2-3 years experience in Human Resources preferred
- PHR or SHRM certification preferred
Compensation
Starting at $23-$24 / hour DOE
