ROLE DESCRIPTION :
As a Sales Account Manager for the Gaby Holden State Farm team you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success.
You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments.

RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Develop and maintain client relationships to drive retention and growth.
- Contribute to agency growth by new account acquisition.
- Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively presenting our product / service offerings and closing deals.
- Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement innovative sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions using our sales system.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products / services to effectively position our offerings in the market.
IDEAL CANDIDATE WOULD POCESS :
- Experience in insurance sales or account management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Results-oriented mindset with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
- Self-Starter
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :
- Ability to obtain Texas Property & Casualty Insurance License
- Ability to obtain Texas Life & Health Insurance License
- Reliable Transportation
- Ability to work in an office setting
