Speech & Language Pathologist - Skilled - (SLP)

StartDate : ASAP Pay Rate : $1919.00 - $2211.00

• The Speech Therapist is responsible for the evaluation and treatment of patients referred for Speech therapy services. Responsibilities include : assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, documenting and modifying treatment programs;
• communicates speech recommendation with caregivers, participates in discharge planning and patient / family / caregiver education;

participates in administrative duties and Performance Improvement; pursues professional growth; performs other duties as assigned.
