About the Role : We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Staffing Village Home Health Care Agency in Landsdowne, PA.
As a Registered Nurse, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients and their families.
Responsibilities : Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homesAssess and monitor patient's condition and coordinate with healthcare teamAdminister medications and treatments as prescribed by the physicianEducate patients and their families on disease management and preventionDocument patient care and maintain accurate medical recordsRequirements : Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of PennsylvaniaMinimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in home health careStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamCompassionate and empathetic demeanorAbout Us : Staffing Village Home Health Care Agency has been providing high-quality in-home care services for over 10 years.
