Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Wilmington seeks a full-time Spa Sales Manager for our established spa. The ideal candidate is goal-oriented and growth-minded with a proven background in sales leadership, spa operations, and customer service .
Spa Sales Manager performance will be based on the following metrics :
- Membership revenue growth key drivers are membership sales conversion and membership retention.
- Gift card revenue growth key drivers are gift card sales conversion and average gift card value.
- Service and product revenue growth key drivers are service provider hiring and retention , schedule capacity utilization , and average ticket value.
What you need to succeed in this role :
- Relevant experience 2-3 years of successful sales leadership, preferably in the salon / spa, retail, or hospitality industry.
- Flexible schedule this role requires you to work various hours, including some evenings and weekends.
- Effective l eadership skills personal integrity and commitment , team-building , accountability for all, coaching and mentoring , listening and communication , analytical thinking, and inspirational .
