HotFoot Recruiters is hiring a Bilingual Shipping and Receiving Associate in the Phoenix, AZ area.
Position : Bilingual Shipping and Receiving Associate
Type : Full-Time, Temp to Hire
Shifts Available : 1st shift 8am-5pm (Monday-Friday)
Pay range : $17-$18 / hr.
Location : Phoenix, AZ 85008
Duties :
1. Filing documents and finishing projects assigned by the warehouse leader.
2. Collaborate with the sales staff to monitor active purchase orders and make sure that orders are completed on time.
3. Contact customers to answer basic procedural questions.
4. Report any inventory or service issues to the warehouse leader and the operations Manager immediately.
5. Completes shipments by processing and loading orders.
6. Prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in the delivery area.
7. Box, wrap, and pack the merchandise in accordance with relevant procedures and standards.
8. Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store).
9. Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits.
10. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Requirement :
1. Strong knowledge of MS Office suite
2. 1+years of warehouse associate experience
3. Aftermarket Auto parts retail store experience is a plus.
4. Must be able to pass a drug and background check.
5. Excellent communication skills in English. Must be fluent in either Spanish or Mandarin.
6. Forklift experience.
